When your in a group and use Staggering Stance which increases your agility using it on another player it gives you the buff as well,but when you leave the group the skill stays active on yourself. I'm not sure if this is how it was intended,I think it's suppose to be only a buff that you can only put on someone else that gives you the buff as well while in a group.I've been using this ever since I've found it and it's been months,it's nice to have that little extra buff when your not in a group. Of course this only works with the Monk,I'm not sure if the Bruiser has it or not.
